Rick

Rick has been a full time Realtor in Flagler County for the past 20 years. He recently joined the Hammock Real Estate Group
to share his experiences in condominium sales and project development. Rick has worked in the original development phase of
projects such as the Hammock at Palm Harbor, Oceanside at Beverly Beach and the Waterside Condominium Association in Palm Coast.
Rick has an extensive knowledge of the many condominium developments throughout Flagler County. He can help you successfully
navigate the unique requirements for condominium ownership.
Rick resides in Palm Coast with his wife Kathy, a retired educator and they have two grown children and 6 grand children(all boys!).
